Institution of the Ombudsman

The Ombudsman app allows users to send in complaint applications when they feel their right has been violated by another person or institution. It also displays News and Announcements from the institution as well as Services they provide and downloadable Standards, Directives and Proclamations. Whenever the institution is investigating an organization that received complaints, they will post questions on the app asking the public for feedback.
